As a hi-tech product, JC15300D Laser image setter combines the laser optics, fine mechanics and auto-control circuit. JC15300D Laser image setter is the key output device of the printing & sampling computer color separation system, applied the advanced parts and devices, and is an elaborately designed hi-tech product. The machine adopts microcomputer control with self-diagnosing function and friendly operation interface, adopts drum four-beam parallel scanning. The main electric motor adopts the electronic frequency transformer soft startup technology, which brings stable operation, low noise, safety and dependability to the machine. Part III: Operation Principles
The four picture signals output from the computer control the acoustoopic modulator by the acoustoopic drive source, convert the single-beam laser output from the He-Ne laser into four beams of parallel scanning optical dot which are controlled by the four-beam picture signal switch, and focuses on the sensitive film on the surface of the surface of the drum. At the same time, the chief axis drum rotates with high speed, and performs the longitudinal main scanning. The optical platform sidesways and performs the synchronous transversal subscanning. The two scanning motion combine to realize the revivification of the computer picture and literal information in the mode of dot matrix, which makes the film image sensitively.
